Timur Bekmambetov, who directed movies like Wanted and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, is raising funds for his newest movie pitch — a film about killer squirrels

According to Bleeding Cool, the story centers around a young man who returns home to uncover the mystery of his father's death. He encounters, among other problems, "an army of flesh-eating squirrels hellbent on destroying everything in their path."

The pre-production sales video doesn't reveal much of the plot, but does give you a taste of what a squirrel attack looks like and offers the tagline "Hold On to Your Nuts." Terrified yet? Read more...
